In honor of New Year’s Eve I wanted to share my new favorite cocktail. I can’t take any credit for it. I went to a cooking class and they shared this recipe with us. It’s a take on the classic Kir Royale and I love it. It’s sweet without being overbearing, and the color is perfect for the holidays.
- 1 part Chambord
- 5 parts Prosecco (I have no idea if the brand pictured is a good one; I bought it at my local grocery store.)
- Garnish with a raspberry.
